Multi-Unit Manager

Hwy 55 is looking for a motivated and professional Multi-Unit Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations in our Zachary and Denham Springs locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building teams, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is passionate about achieving their own goals and engaging their team to do the same.b

Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations, including finalizing scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate leadership team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and maintain financial stability.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of financial statements and restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
