A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC LEAD - HVAC INSTALLER AND SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

In this role, you commence the day with purpose, equipped with a wealth of experience and a toolkit of expertise. Each assignment is a canvas, and you, the artisan of HVAC precision, transform ordinary spaces into havens of comfort. From intricate diagnoses to seamless installations, you orchestrate a symphony of efficiency. Your role is not just technical; it's a commitment to delivering unparalleled service with a touch of finesse.

In the interludes between tasks, you lead your team through the intricacies of installations and service projects. As the day concludes, you've not only resolved HVAC challenges-you've etched a narrative of excellence for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience as a residential service technician
• EPA Refrigerant certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs

WORK SCHEDULE:

Crafting excellence demands dedication. This is a full-time commitment, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday commitments.
