We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician!

This position provides service maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air condition systems.

What you will be doing:

• Provide service and maintenance on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Makes recommendations and educate customers on products
• Excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurance by company carrier
• Universal EPA Certification
• 2 + years of HVAC service & maintenance experience
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills
• Ability to communicate ideas, problems, and procedures clearly to customers and coworkers
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of hire
• Pass background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
• Possess tools needed

Work Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: Up to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
