Job Description: Physician Liaison / Development Manager

About Us: Premier Allergy & Asthma is a leading healthcare practice specializing in the treatment of allergies & asthma. With a commitment to improving the lives of our patients, we provide personalized and comprehensive care to individuals of all ages. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Physician Liaison Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach in the community.

Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with medical practices in the community. The primary focus of this role is to create strong connections with healthcare professionals to encourage referrals to our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and staff from other medical practices within central Ohio.
  • Research leads and develop new business.
  • Provide information and educational materials to healthcare professionals about the services and specialties offered by our practice.
  • Implement and manage a referral program to encourage medical practice to refer allergy & asthma patients to our practice.
  • Act as a liaison between our allergy practice and external healthcare providers
  • Attend relevant events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our practice.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, relationship development, and referral program effectiveness.
  • Track visits, conversations, leads, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of proven experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, business development, or physician liaison role
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proven experience developing and executing a sales plan
  • A bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Network presence in the Columbus medical field is a plus

Salary: $60k base up to $200,000 through additional benchmarks and incentives.
