Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an Assistant Structural Engineer for a variety of water-related assignments. Candidate will participate on multi-discipline design teams for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- The required experience level is 2 – 5 years.
- Candidate must have a BS degree in Civil Engineering (structural concentration) from an ABET accredited institution.
- Candidate must also be have EI status and be progressing towards a PE license.
- Position will include performing structural design and analysis of environmental structures such as Pump Stations, Process Basins, Treatment Facilities and low-rise industrial buildings.
- Design responsibilities will include computer-aided design, AutoCad/Revit drafting/modeling, and full structural design per governing building codes.
- Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel and masonry design preferred.
- Candidate will also perform construction administration tasks such as shop drawing review and field inspections.
- This is a fulltime position.
