Program Manager - Screven County

Location: Sylvania, GA, at Screven County I/DD Services (in Person)

Job Description/Duties:

1. Participates as a team member in the development of the individual's ISP quarterly for individual's progress and to update documents.
2. Review at least 3 ISP's quarterly for accurate documentation.
3. Place individuals in Supported Employment when possible.
4. Ensure that individuals that can participate in work activity during the year.
5. Provide supportive services to meet the NOW/COMP waivers as needed.
6. Ensure that services meet all health and safety needs.
7. Conduct monthly staff meetings and maintain documentation of those meetings.
8. Recruit, interview, and select new employees following established CSBMG policies and procedures.
9. Investigate all allegations/complaints with-in 24 hours and provide written report to Director with-in 24 hours.
10. Provide supervision and direction to staff.
11. Attend all scheduled meetings and share information to staff.
12. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of agency policies and procedures specific to disability served, policies and procedures on confidentiality, and code of ethical behavior.
13. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of disability/age specifics required for consumers.
14. Makes recommendations for organizational changes based on trends and developments.

Please note that this position may require the Program Manager to fill in for vacant positions to ensure continue day-to-day operational needs are met.

Requirements/Preferences:

1. Requirements:
   1. High School Diploma or Equivalent document;
   2. Valid GA Driver's License
   3. Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
2. Preferences:
   1. Developmental Disability Professionals;
   2. At least 2 years Supervisory Experience;
   3. Have an associate's or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Nursing, or related fields.
