Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $30,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $20,000
Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary can start at $40,000 and up to $50,000 depending on experience and our top earners made $20,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, take payments, and inquiries from policyholders, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Louisiana insurance license to sell or service insurance policies, however, willing to train if not currently licensed. Will cover licensing costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policies and customer information.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
