Operations Manager

Womens Health Services is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. As a team member, you will be an important part of a well-established and growing independent abortion clinic. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

human resources coordination (including onboarding and scheduling of staff and volunteers),
facilities management (including managing regular monitoring, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building and equipment and serving as liaison to our cybersecurity vendor),
supervision of clinic telephone personnel,
quality assurance of telephone intakes,
working as medical receptionist and performing insurance verification when regular staff are unavailable
