Position: Sales Professional Location: Rocklin, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Greet potential clients and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting our state-of-the-art equipment, amenities, and unique fitness programs.
  • Build rapport with potential members, understanding their fitness goals and presenting personalized solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our boutique fitness center and membership options to drive sales.
  • Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and membership prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotions to attract new members.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and connect with potential clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Knowledge of different fitness programs and ability to explain their benefits.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
