BH Secretary

Behavioral Health secretary is responsible for providing support to the Behavioral Health Clinicians and the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. The BH secretary will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking behavioral health insurance, coordinating telehealth visits, in addition to clerical needs of the clinicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and have compassion for those experiencing issues with their mental health. The BH secretary must have a high school diploma, experience in a medical or behavioral health clinic is recommended. The BH secretary will report to the Lead Behavioral Health Care Coordinator. New increased salary rates.
