We are in need of a Office Clerk for our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Office Clerk will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks
• Verifies and posts business transactions
• Prepares invoices, checks, vouchers, account statements and reports
• Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of goods, freight charges, etc
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Auto dealership experience preferred but not required
• Experience with CDK a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Excellent communication skills
