THE TYPE OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent college experience, plus 9 months of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, plus 6 months of supervisory experience preferred in any field, OR a high school diploma, plus 18 months of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, plus 6 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • A valid driver's license

As a Children's Program Team Manager, you are a key player in ensuring the well-being and development of the students in our residential facility. Your duties include shift coordination, safety oversight, and fostering a positive atmosphere. You provide essential support to our staff, inspiring excellence in their work and nurturing positive interactions. Working collaboratively with the team, you promote open communication and a supportive workplace.

You adhere to agency policies and procedures while dedicating yourself to the physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students, helping them acquire essential life skills!
