Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Cell Operator, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our lean manufacturing environment. We're seeking reliable individuals with the ability to read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities
• Follow Standard Work for machine setup, running parts, and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations or operate additional equipment.
• Update and maintain visual controls.
• Support countermeasures and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving.
• Operate and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.    

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years in machining or equivalent education in a related field with basic math and computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Trade school certification in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficient in speaking and reading English.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machining work centers, specializing in tool changes and in-process offset adjustments.
• Effective use of metrology equipment for precise measurements.
• Strong blueprint reading skills with a comprehensive understanding of GD & T.
• Proficiency in CNC machinery (mills/lathes) and CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma.    

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based

• The position is classified as onsite, working in an industrial manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals. 
• Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals within a manufacturing environment.

• New employees are regarded as probationary for the first 60 working days of their employment.
