• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
• Primarily breast, colorectal, lung cancer and hematology cases
• 18 patients per day in office, 1 - 7 admissions per day
• Chemo orders, new & follow up hematology patient evaluation, oncology follow-ups etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
