- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
- ACLS, BLS and PALS required
- 50 - 60 cases per day, as a department
- Regional required, OB required if taking call
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
