POSITION TITLE: Project Coordinator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high level administrative support for a wide variety of utility construction projects within our Central region project support team. This role is critical to the overall success of our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have general administrative knowledge, a high level of attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides advanced level administrative support within the Project operations team, including but not limited to, reporting, permitting, billing, locates, tracking, etc.
  • Ability to perform all areas of the permitting process; tracks all permits and their status
  • Facilitates all pre and post project billing tasks with operations teams, acts as liaison for billing group including tracking, invoice preparation, and the entire closeout process
  • Advanced knowledge of collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of various items within multiple customer systems (Acas, Prism, Bid Master, Orca, etc.) as requested
  • High level of Professionalism; ability to support the PSM on the Change order process
  • Onboards and tracks subcontractors for various projects
  • Advanced level of understanding of the As Built process
  • Ability to read and understand construction prints, drawings, and pricing units
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Earth and other various Geospatial software; ability to create files
  • Supports operations on the project bidding processes; advanced knowledge and ability to performs project Rake off's
  • Ability to order and track material on various project sites; creates reporting when needed
  • Supports multiple levels of leadership including Direct Supervisor, Project Managers, Executive teams, etc. both in person and remotely utilizing various technology
  • Follows through with tasks and processes until completion; ensures processes are complete with a high level of follow through and follow up
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 3-5+ years of administrative, data tracking, or project support experience required
  • Previous experience working in a construction environment preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
