- ACLS required
- 12 patients per day in office, 4 patients per day in the hospital
- Interventional and general cardiology including nuclear and TEE if possible
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
