Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent + 3 - 5 years of customer service experience + the ability to report in-person

The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate should be self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and typing/computer skills. Having a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail is appreciated. Daily job duties include answering calls, entering customer orders accurately, developing knowledge of functions within the system, ensuring shipping methods/locations, quantities, and prices match order entries, encouraging sales orders with customers, performing marketing sales calls, and professionally handling any customer inquiries.
