Project Coordinator (Marketing Company)

We are looking to add a Project Coordintor to our team! Must have 1+ years of experience in project coordinating, marketing, or account management to be considered.

Job Duties:

• Providing clients with a well-rounded experience throughout the project life cycle.
• Organize deadline dates for critical events and logistics in the project management software.
• Manage the ordering for all services for upcoming events.
• Planning of logistics for events while providing guidance and high-level coordination.
• Create estimates for clients with accurate pricing / quotes from preferred vendors.
• Manage, create, and cultivate positive relationships with vendors and trade show venues.
• Coordinate on-site event labor for setup and take down.
• Collaborate with production, sales and finance departments to ensure overall client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 1- 5 years of experience in project coordinating, marketing, or account management.
• Associates or Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
• Overall knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment while working under deadlines.
• Willingness to answer calls and emails at extended hours, including possible nights and weekends.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: 100% onsite, Saint Paul
• Type: Direct Hire
