Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are filling several experienced Experienced Mig or Tig Welder positions in the Struthers, OH area, with a starting wage range of $19.50 to $21.50 per hour. Several shifts available. You’ll work with a global leader in the design and manufacture of equipment and components that support several worldwide industries, including metals, power, petrochem, and pulp/paper.
Our Experienced Mig or Tig Welder Role:
- You will operate equipment using processes such as, Gas metal arc, Flux-cored arc, Shielded metal arc and TIG welding within the parameters outlined in our weld procedures. Welds will be cleaned and inspected for quality and attention to detail.
- Properly maintain all work equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Should have a basic welding aptitude and 2 years related work experience using AWS practices and or ASME code welding is preferred.
- Basic blue print reading skills and weld procedure interpretation
- Shifts may require walking or standing for up to 10 hours at a time
- Must be able to operate machinery and be able to operate foot controls on equipment
- Must be able to pass both a drug screening and background verification
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
