Job Description

Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position. This opportunity offers competitive compensation of $40-50 per hour on a W2 contract basis. Full-time hours of 30+ per week are required to qualify for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K retirement. The role involves a 32-hour workweek, with four-day weeks (Monday-Thursday) and a caseload ranging from PK-12 students, approximately 35 students in total.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from PK-12
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and perform other general OT duties
Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student needs
Utilize a provided vehicle for travel to/from districts if required for on-site work

Required Credentials:

Valid and active Colorado OT license in good standing
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license and Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRA) certification
Valid CO Driver's License if on-site
