HomeWell of MetroWest is looking for experienced, reliable, matured, and high-energy Full-Time CNA/HHAs to take care of a client in Westborough, MA

The job requires 4-hour care and the schedule will typically be from 8am - 12pm: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Job starting next week (10/13/2022) with 2 caregivers on every shift. 

Responsibilities:

The Caregiver is required to:

• Provide personal care and hygiene to the client
• Transfer client with the help of a HOYER and one other caregiver
• Assist client with PT exercises
• Follows the care plan at all times
• Light housekeeping
• Provide daily report to agency and family via text or care notes
