About this job
I am not there all the time and only part of the cabin is used at once except in very unusual circumstances. I need someone who will charge an hourly rate and do whatever cleaning needs to be done on that particular day. I can guarantee a minimum number of hours, however I want to pay an HOURLY rate, not a square footage rate. My cabin is tidy, no clutter and easy to clean, its just big. But it is rare that the whole place needs to be cleaned at the same time.
