Partner Engagement Lead , Generative AI Innovation Center

As a Partner Engagement Lead, you will driving complex and impactful initiatives that improve the quality, reliability, robustness, and performance of our global initiatives. Particularly, you have an opportunity to define and execute the partner and scaling strategy for the Generative AI Innovation Center in order to co-develop industry solutions, co-build, and co-deliver on customer engagements with partners of all categories. As a Partner Engagement Lead on this charter, you are someone who thrives in ambiguity, has experience in launching programs, experiences and processes ground up, is very good with written and verbal communication skills, is willing to roll up your sleeves and drive results. You must have sound business judgment and the ability to think strategically with a long-term vision about this fast-growing space, while being able to execute on tactical details.Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The base pay for this position ranges from $122,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
