Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications. Job SummaryThe intern will be responsible for supporting product development projects and assisting in the review of our current development processes.The intern will liaise with other cross-functional departments to develop training documents around the New Product Development process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Collaboration with cross-functional departments to maintain projects on-time.Audit our current product development process.Identify improvement opportunities.Document updated processes.Provide training materials regarding the product development process.Travel Demands: None QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY:Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
