This team is responsible for engineering and deploying technology to support ecommerce and full logistics support for order management.  Senior Technology Manager is accountable to scale, secure and grow and deliver on International team’s product roadmap.  Build engineering practices and create processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality solutions across international ecommerce sites.  Partner and co-create engineering standards with Enterprise Engineering team, Enterprise Cloud Platform teams, and Global Architecture teams to adopt / implement and introduce new practices specific to International Commerce tech stack. Partner with business, product management, and delivery leaders to influence thought leadership to drive growth into International markets.A day in the life:Drive the vision and engineering for platforms and enterprise services for ecommerce platform, integration systems, order management and fullfillment.Manage the engineering team providing technical expertise in design, build and launch of new systems supporting multiple stakeholders.Build and support next generation architecture using cloud and micro services framework, helping in scalability, and rolling out new features with shorter time to marketFocus on automation and DevOps practices which helps streamline quality rolloutBuild, lead and scale an exceptionally talented team of business analysts, project managers, engineers, architects.Partners with enterprise architecture, PMO and business teams to implement the optimal technology solutions. Manage large complex projects and teams; effectively negotiate/influence others; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.Provides direction, leadership, and coordination for vendor partners. The typical hiring range for this position is from $158,900-$208,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
