Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Possess the ability to read and catch any mistakes, ensuring orders are accurate and error-free.
- Fast-Paced & Motivated: Flourish in a fast-paced environment, showcasing motivation and dedication in all shipping activities.
- Career-Driven: Demonstrate a strong drive for career advancement, eager to take on additional responsibilities within the company.
- Order Processing: Utilize shipping experience to pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in reading and fulfilling customer orders.
- Product Movement: Efficiently move products within the warehouse, maintaining an organized and streamlined process.
- Pallet Preparation: Skillfully prepare shipper pallets, adhering to quality standards and secure packaging practices.
- Documentation Expertise: Complete bills of lading, unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and accurately record shortages.
- Shipping Receiving: Oversee the receiving process, organizing items for shipping or delivery.
- Order Fulfillment: Fill customer orders according to standard operating procedures.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments, plan logistics, and coordinate item transportation.
- Shipment Tracking: Actively track and monitor the delivery status of each shipment.
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles.
- Familiarity with E-commerce software and/or Ship Station.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting orders, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment.
- Physical ability to move and handle products efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of order accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
