Job Description

· The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Salesperson is to increase our maintenance agreements base with existing and prospective new customers with a result of satisfying their HVAC needs.

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with assigned and new customers.

· Prospect new opportunities and accounts.

· Respond to customer’s requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

· Be involved in community activities and organizations.

· Conduct in-home or at the business assessments of current HVAC equipment including system type, age and condition.

• Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience. HVAC industry experience is a plus!
• Minimum of two (2) years in home sales or business to business sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check.
