Job Summary:
The Service Porter at Morristown Nissan is a highly important and essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's service department. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the service area, assisting with customers, and supporting the service team with various tasks. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Morristown, Tennessee. 


Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct customers to appropriate service advisors or departments
- Manage and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the service area
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership if needed
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles to the service technicians
- Monitor and restock inventory in the service area
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all dealership and safety procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team player
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
