Job Description
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Estimator
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager/Owner
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Overtime and Saturdays as required
Pay Scale: $XX.XX - $XX.XX per hour DOE + Benefits
Position Summary: Estimate commercial projects and plan, coordinate, execute, maintain & manage an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.
Required Qualifications:
•Associate Degree
•10-15 years of experience
•Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.)
•Commercial HVAC experience
•Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
•Excellent communication skills, oral and written
•Excellent organizational skills
