Receptionist

The Center for Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) is a premier outpatient private practice with multiple locations in the more excellent Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton areas. We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Receptionist to help us continue to grow. As our main office receptionist, you will work in our patient relations department and manage the first point of contact for many of our future patients.

Compensation:

  • $16-18 per hour (depending on education and experience)

Schedule:

  • 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday
  • You will be required to travel to the 3 CCBT locations in the Columbus area to provide receptionist support

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and clinicians
  • Overseeing the workflows of other reception administrators in regional offices
  • Collecting payments from patients or clinicians
  • Management of checks and cash payments
  • Management and posting of electronic remittance advice and electronic funds transfers
  • Management and resolution of insurance carrier claims denials
  • Electronic document management
  • 1:1 Customer interactions regarding business matters
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office Administration experience
  • Multitasking and prioritizing is a must
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
