Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Graduate/ College Preferred
• Language Skills: Must speak English fluently
• Driver License: Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-centric mindset, able to communicate clearly and quickly to understand and respond to client needs
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO / CFO staff level
• Ability to develop creative and unique solutions
• Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including written and oral communication skills

Essential Functions

• Primary responsibility to develop new and grow existing client relationships
• Interact externally with a variety of customer sectors and internally with all business departments
• Interact with all levels of customers / clients
• Manage and report activity and project updates to internal team
• Travel and grow company presence in the Chattanooga area

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly. Must be able to drive between various offices, walk, stand, and sit frequently throughout the day.
