Production Technician

We are hiring a Production Technician to contribute to the production of high-quality products in a timely manner. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring product readiness, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Assemble components with attention to detail and correct fit.
• Resolve assembly problems and notify supervisors of defects.
• Maintain a clean working environment and manage supply inventory.
• Complete production and quality forms accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members on the assembly line.
• Lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally and/or 10-15 lbs. frequently.
• Operate various tools and machinery

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to comply with company policies.
• Assist in task completion.
