Full Job Description:

Senior Suites at Century Farms is a new facility opening in Carrollton, Ohio, which currently has openings for PT LPN positions available working the day or overnight shifts.

The LPN will be responsible for administering nursing services in accordance with the current applicable guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. This includes:

• providing licensed nursing care to residents;
• providing information regarding health related issues within the scope of the position;
• administering medications as directed under the orders of a physician;
• completing nursing assessments;

The ideal candidate must have a current LPN license in the state of Ohio. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred. The position also requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a compassionate manner is essential. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
