Automotive Delivery Concierge

Job Summary

Astro Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Delivery Concierge to join our team in D'Iberville, Mississippi. The Automobile Delivery Concierge ensures the guest has an enjoyable experience throughout the delivery of their vehicle, is knowledgeable of the safety features of their vehicle, and assists in the sale of any additional products or services. Furthermore, the Automotive Delivery Concierge will respond timely and accurately to guest inquiries and address guest concerns in a professional manner, build new relationships and promote guest satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is a full-time, salary sales job with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions. Additional benefits include: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid holidays, and paid leave.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automobiles to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Provide thorough vehicle information and demonstrations to guests
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries concerning delivery service
• Lead and manage the vehicle delivery process
• Create detailed documentation of the delivery
• Follow standard safety protocols
• Assist in the sales of other products and services
• Maintain the appearance of showroom

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in vehicle sales and delivery - optional
• Ability to assess and exceed guest expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of automotive industry safety measures and regulations
• Organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, with a commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
