MBS - Healthcare Recruiter - 1099 Independent Contractor - Commission Based

As a Independent Contractor 1099 and business owner, you consider Mission Box Solutions as a company partner within your portfolio of company partners that you are growing.

As a Healthcare recruiting partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and submitting healthcare talent for our open roles supporting our strategic partners. 

Additional responsibilities could include:

1. Sourcing, recruiting, and screening Healthcare professionals such as Physicians, Providers, RNs, Counselors, and allied Healthcare staff while building an effective pipeline of highly qualified Healthcare professionals.

2. Creating, Building and Maintaining passive and active candidate relationships.

This is an independent contractor, commissioned-based, 1099 role. All earnings in this role are based on candidate placements from job orders you place. These commissions are uncapped earnings with tremendous potential for massive growth!

Required Qualifications: 

• Has a current legal business entity, or is considering to start one.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience of Healthcare professionals. Agency experience is a plus.
• Has their own recruiting & sourcing tools at their disposal.
• Understands recruiting within the Healthcare vertical of Physicians, Providers, RNs, Counselors and allied healthcare staff.
• Understands open source sourcing methods
• Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospecting, recruit, and network for clients and candidates
• US Citizenship required.
• Understands the military community or is a military veteran, servicemember, military spouse, or military advocate.
• Experience with building sourcing strategies and practicing deep online research.
• Understands and conducts various Boolean search practices.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with candidates throughout the entire experience.
• Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
• Proficient with the use of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Chat App Etc.)

Location: U.S.A. or OCONUS

Schedule: Remote

Commission: Above market rates, will discuss at screening
