• Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
• Supervises with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over 
• Demonstrates knowledge of and trains others on core products, processes, and workstations; positively coaches Crew Members on such items 
• Identifies and communicates appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Anticipates obstacles and takes action to prevent or minimize their impact 
• Keeps all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same; follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products 
• Assist with checking cash drawers and preparing bank deposits 
• Other related duties as assigned 

• At least one (1) year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality preferred 
• ServSave Certification a plus 
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures 
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely 
• Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information 
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to coach others 
• Flexible schedule - available nights, holidays, and weekends with availability to open or close shifts 
• Able to lift 50 lbs and can stand for prolonged periods of time 
• Legal US work authorization
