THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

A manager will be involved of all aspects of running the 3 restaurant units from guest focus to operations and development.

Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Looking for leaders with 2-3+ years at a salaried manager role in either QSR or Fast Casual Dining. Multi Unit experience is a HUGE plus!

Would like to see managers from a high volume and fast-paced environment who can handle a quick pace.

Should have knowledge of both front of house operations and back of house along with point of sale systems.

Knowledge of Financials and P&L is a plus, but not a necessity for this role.
