We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead and manage a Farmers Insurance agency. As the owner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency's operations, including sales, customer service, and team management. The candidate we are looking for will have either a strong background in insurance sales or experience with entrepreneurial ventures and management skills. Responsibilities

In your insurance agency you will be responsible for:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships to expand the agency's client base.

- Sales Management: Lead and motivate your sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets by providing guidance, training, and support in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service, addressing their insurance needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster client retention and loyalty.

- Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency, including administrative tasks, policy processing, claims management, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Financial Management: Manage the agency's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and revenue tracking to ensure profitability and financial stability.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and initiatives aligned with the agency's vision and objectives to drive growth, innovation, and long-term success in the competitive insurance market.


Requirements

-Required to acquire Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance licenses (Pre-Licensing courses provided by the District Office)

- College degree (Preferred but not required)

- Experience with Sales or Sales related tasks as well as Customer Service

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-motivated and Goal Oriented

- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
