Front of House Team Member

As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome and greet our guests, take and prepare guest orders in either the front counter or Drive-Thru, maintain cleanliness in counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

14 and 15 Years of Age - $10/Hour
16 and 17 Years of Age - $12/Hour
18+ Part Time (less than 35 hours/week) - $15/Hour
18+ Full Time (more than 35 hours/week) - $17/Hour

Requirements/Responsibilities

At Chick-fil-A Mishawaka Main Street, all Team Members must be able to:
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time as well as lift potentially heavy objects.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines set by the Health Department and Chick-fil-A.
