New Car Sales Professional
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented New Car Salesperson to join our growing automotive dealership. As a New Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, guiding potential buyers through the car purchasing or leasing process, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements
- Showcase and demonstrate new vehicles to highlight features and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing
- Negotiate effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and market trends
- Educate customers on the advantages of owning a specific used vehicle and overcome objections
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Necessary Skills / Experience
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the new car segment
Familiarity with dealership processes and customer relationship management
Honesty and ethical behavior
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner
Customer-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional buying experience
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Valid Drivers License
