We are searching for a Front Office Receptionist that aligns with our practice goals and values. TimberRidge Dental is hiring a Full-time Front Office Receptionist (Monday-Thursday).

Front Office Receptionist Job Description

• Answer phones, emails and texts in a professional manner
• Ensure every patient is met with a smile and a warm welcome
• A positive and friendly demeanor

Qualifications for front office receptionist

• Front office receptionist customer service experience
• Experience working in a dental office
• Entry level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint (Word - Create correspondence and work within templates)
• Computer savvy
• Willingness to learn on your own
• Being able to speak Spannish is very helpful

Our beautiful, newly remodeled office is located on Main Street in Heber City, UT. We have an incredible team who are dedicated to every patient. You will be responsible for creating the first impression with our patients whether that is on the phone or in person, so you will need to have great communication skills.
