Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Billing: Responsible for daily invoicing of product shipments
- Collections: Perform collection efforts on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Prepare monthly customer statements and weekly aging reports
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the principles of accounting
- Formal accounting education a plus
- Experience with processing accounts receivables in accounting software
- Experience with accounts receivables collection efforts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer & Office Equipment Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with Excel
- Excellent data entry and 10-key skills
- Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
