Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Process billing and payments as needed for customers.
• Answer billing related questions to customers and explain current plans.

Requirements

• Bilingual Preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
