THE POSITION:

Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigator who is capable of handling litigated matters to join our growing team. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conducting legal research
• Responding to relevant discovery related requests and motion practice
• Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies
• Completing initial review of documents related to litigated cases
• Oversee support staff and review their work

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice

• Superior writing, legal research, and analytic skills
• Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently
• Attention to detail and organization
• Able to manage a heavy workload
