Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Palm Coast Ford, a renowned automotive dealership in Palm Coast, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate. This is a full-time, salary based sales job in the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry. As an individual contributor, the candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their sales skills and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, paid weekly. In addition, our compensation package includes performance-based bonuses, medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, employee discounts, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their vehicle purchase by providing product information and conducting test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best vehicle options.
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to secure financing and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, product features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain the showroom and vehicle inventory, ensuring all vehicles are presentable and in working condition.
- Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and stay updated on dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
