POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent handymen, Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC technicians, to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management in providing outstanding maintenance and repair services. As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

DESIGNATED JOBS :
 
  1. Independent Handyman:
  • Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
  • Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of properties.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
 
  1. Plumbing:
    (Certified or Licensed)
  • Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
  • Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.
 
  1. Electrician:
    (Certified or Licensed)
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Inspect electrical components, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
  • Adhere to electrical codes and safety standards to prevent hazards and ensure compliance.
  1. HVAC Technician:
    (Certified or Licensed)
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.
  • Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.
  • Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification or license for the respective field (e.g., plumber, electrician, HVAC technician).
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or installation work.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
