Job Summary:

We at Steve Coury Ford are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about the Automotive industry, and who is committed to helping us provide outstanding customer service to our customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for working with Sales Department to ensure the achievement of sales and profit goals while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, inspiring and developing our sales team to maximize performance, and delivering a consistent and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Analyze and interpret sales data, customer feedback, and other market data to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage and motivate the sales team, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded
• Develop standards and policies governing all sales activities and ensure compliance
• Work with the marketing team to develop customer-focused promotions
• Monitor customer service, address customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Create and conduct training sessions for sales staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
