Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, a retail location in Kalkaska, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.

The Cultivation Assistants are responsible for supporting the Cultivation Team in all aspects of cannabis cultivation including trimming, pulling leaves, moving plants from one area to another, moving benches, cleaning hoop houses, indoor rooms and greenhouses, watering plants, and any other activities that are necessary to support the cultivation of our cannabis plants.

• Extreme visual focus when working with plants
• Tear down, sanitize, and re-fill rooms
• Clean buckets/trays/sprays
• Assist in harvesting, pruning, transplanting, defoliation, trellis netting
• Able to focus on task for a long period of time

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Genuine enthusiasm and love for cannabis and the cannabis industry
• Ability to stand, bend, lift over 30lbs and tolerate hot conditions for long periods of time
• Must be able to work well with others and independently
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be able to take constructive criticism from managers to maintain quality standards and production goals
• Must show up on time for work every day ready to work with high energy
