Specialty: Urgent Care - NP
Start Date: November (pending credentialing)
Contract Length: 3 months estimated
Shift Details: Days; 12 hours (may have 9 hour shifts available also)
Schedule: 7 days/week
Work Details:
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3 shifts/week; can discuss candidates who can only do 1-2 per week if it s consistent each week
Patients per day: 30-35
Patient Population/Age: all ages
EMR: Epic (called CareConnect internally)
Practice Setting:
Urgent Care: 9 sites
Requirements:
Board Certification: for physicians either Internal Med or Family Med; APP must be certified
License Required: can wait for Ohio license; Ohio is an IMLC state
DEA: Yes, must have Ohio address
